Better end-game: trigger "stress tests"
To keep it fun when colonies are "finished", you could add a special mode to "test" your colony and then resets when done so the colony is not "harmed":
- "How long do you survive": an indefinite drought
- "Winter is coming": Winter sets in an impacts all operations
- "Rest in peace": beavers only work 8H a day, how long can you last?
-"Noah is coming": Heavy rain that adds water everywhere and creates floods. Imagine the entire map green for a few minutes :)
That should only be triggerable after the completion of a large monument or equivalent, insuring only established colonies get tested.

Zam!The idea has some potential. Maybe these end game goals could be turned into a series of win conditions on several levels, something like: survive to cycle XX as base conditions, have 30% unemployed beavers and 100% happiness for second rank, survive 3 cycles in a row with 10 or less working hours for third rank and so on. Make it more and more demanding.
