Tutorial, entertainment and looks

I would like to have some tutorial/help on creating new districts and how to manage them.

Entertainmentwise some quirky stuff would be fun: Maybe a theater group, a music club ("Woodstocks" - geddit?), mad prayer who teaches about "Lord Platypus - wo will help us, is kind and uses his poisonous thorns only when he fights for love" and so on. This could be used to add some spots of color. I miss something bright now and then. Maybe even to choose: Some meeting spot with a sun protection in bright blue or red or orange as example...
But the game is already so much fun!

It's been a while since I played the game, and I second the request for the new district tutorial. It would also be helpful if there was an on-demand tutorial for things like this that can be more difficult to figure out.
