Louder sound when clicking on Tribute to Ingenuity

Boost up the volume for the click sound to Tribute to Ingenuity, since it pales in comparison to the previous two monuments in volume and grandeur.

I had a similar thinking for Folktails. I would find it satisfying if each monument had a proportionally increasing sound effect, each matching the science it needs to unlock
Like 500 science to unlock a monument sounds like 50 beavers cheering "ahhh"
1000 science = 100 beavers cheering
20000 (wonder) = 2000 beavers cheering

The idea is almost there in 1.0 where the first 3 monuments have gradually more beavers cheering (folktails) but then the wonder sound effect is kinda disappoiting when you see how much effort you need to put into it
