More use for rivers

Beavers are known to be very aquatic, basing them on land so much feels a little odd. Using rivers as roads, building more on water, and other such ideas feels more in line with the animal that is the mascot of the game, and makes it more unique of a builder especially since it works heavily with the water mechanics that are already present.

Some type of underwater housing or other buildings may help with that feel. Maybe make aquatic versions of some of the buildings. Or make a refurbish option on some buildings and have it changeable to that aquatic version after its built, but it comes with a small cost and build period. Or maybe make some of these things a part of the factions.
