Map option - Multiple factions on same map

Have the ability to choose to start a game with two beaver settlement really far from each other, but their People can't change villages with the other faction. Each settlement is of a different faction

-They can only send resources to each other if they trade through a neutrally built distro center, via a tiny district with only a community center and the distro, no beavers live their.
-It's difficult to get close enough to even begin trading
-Keeping both factions alive might be difficult, but potentially rewarding in some ways
-They Can't trade science knowledge, so the player has to balance tighter land management than normal
-Power can be shared, each can build on each others territory ONLY if their road networks are close enough (so normal inter district interactions are there for those two things), so some non-regulated trade in that way can happen
-Maybe this opens options for friendly competitive building
