New Faction - Whisper Tails - The Kite Beavers

A new faction of beavers. They're fans of kites and flying things. They can't fly or anything, but they focus on the wonders of the wind.

-They can't swim (likely drown), unlocked as a harder faction
-They eat so much less, being ropy
-They can build moisture catchers
-Their bridges/platforms are way cheaper and lighter and longer
-Their farms can grow foods on the walls instead of the ground, and grow if the land below cliff is watered. The base tile is at the top
-Their rope bridges can be built extra long with the help of a new building, a kite anchor, that starts out as a pair of posts with a beaver flying a kite, doing so until the wind is just right, and then they slam land the kite into the far away location, then use that as a rope landing to start building a rope bridge with gears and things.
-They have strong elevator building that goes up and down using just logs instead of a more expensive recipe for others (gears and metal for them). A result of being rope masters
