Volume slider for "Wind" when zoomed out

If you happened to have cranked the music down, maybe it looped a few too many times or your listening to something else, the "whooshing" sound effect when you're zoomed out is very loud and prominent.
It doesn't seem like any other volume slider but the master volume reduces this
