different sound when you click on water barrel if barrel is empty

if a water barrel is empty, and you click on it, the game should play a different sound.... maybe a dripping sound or a creaky barrel sound with some wind and dust blowing in the background...
but not a sloshing 'this sounds super full of water' sound effect.
