Shadows on Unconstructed Buildings

Shadows appear from any unconstructed buildings when any tab that shows unconstructed buildings is open. They aren't present if no tabs/construction sites are selected.

It's a small issue, but maybe a dev sees this and has a few minutes? Or maybe this is some huge change to make and it's not worth the time, but I didn't see it mentioned so figured I'd add it here.
