(BUG) Mac-Loading and Main Menu Glitched

On changing the resolution from "Low" to "Medium" and fiddling with the resolution slider the loading and main menu are made of shreds from random pieces of other apps that I had ran earlier today
Specs:
OS: Mac OS X 10.13.6
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) "Sandy Bridge " i7-2620M CPU @ 2.70GHz 2 Core (4)
RAM: 8192MB
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 3000 OpenGL Engine (512MB)
