Birch Trees - Birch Beer, Birch Mint Tea, ETC

Birch trees have more use than just wood. Birch beer is a soda, and birch tea has a minty aspect to it and is healthy. To make birch beer we can use the beehives for a sugar substitute. No need for roads but gathers would be able to tend to the beehives.

This game is amazing and has so much potential.

Beer / sake and other alcohols would be a great mechanic.

1) it would allow more fermended stuff to be farmed on both sides,
2) adds a fun welbeing challenge as it would impact heath and productivity while providing fun
3) Allows other uses for metal like building a still or a brewery etc
