Make broken teeth more common, but take less time to fix.

(This is the last one Gin I promise ha ha)
As it is, you don't need very many teeth grinders, maybe just one for every 20 lumberjacks to avoid having a line. It also takes so long to fix broken teeth that the lumberjack is probably out for the day. This means that you can sort of just put teeth grinders anywhere. I think it would be better to want to place them near the flags, which I think would look better, and be more intuitive for new players.
