New Faction with Digging Specialisation

-Start with unique digger flag, to dig out a block of earth. This digging is mainly to get the dirt resource much sooner in the game. Although you can eventually remove a block of earth, it takes a very long time, so it’s still worthwhile to get dynamite later.
-A 2x2 dirt pile, less efficient than late game dirt pile, to store early dirt.
-Their version of the dam and levee have a reduced log cost, but requires dirt.
-Their unique dwellings are underground. You can build over them, except for a square or two which is the entrance.
-Give this faction the underground warehouse (and give the Folktail silos instead).
-They can place new blocks of earth sooner than other factions, and without golems. Golems can still be useful to operate the digging machine, which can generate dirt faster.
-Possibly allow digging tunnel through elevated terrain. To reduce new mechanics: tunnels are linear and have watertight doors that can't be used while flooded.
-Beaver statue made of clay (dirt).
