Let distribution beavers grab a snack and a drink

Let them grab a snack and a drink at their destination points if they get hungry or thirsty before leaving the district for home.

I like this idea, but I think it should be something you have to turn on at the destination, so that your traders don't eat and drink half of the supplies they're carrying. In general, it's a nice logical idea ;)

A solution might be to have a "rest station" at the pickup and drop off points which you can enable from the building's interface. There you can specify the total amount of food/water available total or per day for haulers.
