Bad Performance since Last Patch

Since last Patch i have a very bad Performance when i fast forward the Game on Times 3 Speed on a relatively new Game. FPS are dropping from stable 60 to 30 and below and its start to lag.

I never had this before.
System ist Radeon 7 5800 and Nvidia RTX 3060 and 16 GB of Ram

What happend?

После обновления с версии 3.4 на версию 4.0 очень сильно стало тормозить, FPS на тех же настройках упал с 60 до 4

After updating from version 3.4 to version 4.0, it became very slow, FPS on the same settings fell from 60 to 4
