U5 decontaminate before sickness

Please allow decontamination to start as leisure activity if a beaver is contaminated, and have it reduce the starting level of contamination when sickness actually kicks in.

Additionally, having it be more effective at that stage would probably be good (especially because they likely wouldn't spend all day soaking unless unemployed).

Before full contamination, maybe clean water showers could be used as a sort of "budget decontamination" option. There aren't currently many uses for showers, and this is thematic.

I would like a toggle to have bad water touched beavers be stay employed and work till they sicken or let them immediately leave the workforce and get treatment all day. They should be able to cure/clean off fully before sickening if there's an available fully powered pod.

There's no insensitive to cure them as is. Just send them to a district with no path connection and let them die off.

honestly i never use the showers for my beavers since it's easier to just have them walk through water for wet fur i would love to see the shower clean them off if they're not fully contaminated yet.
