U5: large water pump balance suggestion

With the sheer volume each one can pump, I feel like they would be pretty good with a pump depth of 3 instead of 4.
This still gives a significant (60% increase [2.6 instead of 1.6]) boost in access compared to the original water pumps.

This also keeps from overshadowing the IT pumps (unless a large variant is planned for them?) who would keep the advantage of being able to go super deep for their water.

Absolutely. Let the IT keeps their deep pumps, it will keep the 2 factions unique to eachother.

IT Pumps can go 6 deep. That's still a real and useful advantage. Especially with harder maps and/or higher difficulties.
