  YES. A damper now and then - yes. And for my sake, to clear everything away once in a while. But not all the time. Then there are no more droughts. And what's this nonsense about extracting resources from badwater? And then resources that are absolutely necessary to contain the badwater problem. What a nonsensl!!! Without a chance to build up economy between the floods. At the EASY Mode!!! Sorry developers, but you've already made nonsense with Update 3, 4. This time again. And what you still haven't got right is a functioning warehouse management system. A functioning resource transport system is the backbone of a functioning economy. WITHOUT having to build warehouses everywhere. And you can NOT program that. That's why you have absurdly assigned each resource its own warehouse, which wastes huge amounts of resources. And because you failed to manage the handover from district to district, you enlarged the districts and created an automatic God-like transfer station with update 4.

  You can turn off Badwater in the startup options.
