More types of barriers for map editor, blockage variery: stackable, half-height, dissolvable
I would like the ability to either stack blockages or have a variety of different sized blockages in the map maker. There are times where I would like for the water flow to be blocked by more than a single layer without requiring the player to access dynamite to clear the area.
More variety would be better visually. Though stackable might be better mechanically, as it would require the players to build scaffolding to safely remove the top layers before the lower layers could be cleared away.
As it stands there is simply no way to do this during map design without requiring players to unlock dynamite, which is not always the best option.

bepabiba MergedI was thinking it could be interesting to have a few more types of barrier in the map editor to add some variety to map layouts. Could have things like:
- Boulder that can't be built or stood on that has to be removed via dynamite.
- Jagged rocks as a floor type barrier that can't be built on but can be stood on, and can also be removed via dynamite.
- Crumbling barrier that can be set to "dissolve" or self-destruct after a set amount of in-game days to create a timed flood scenario.
- Chasm that forms if you lower the map height below 0, which can't be built on or destroyed, but that you can direct water or bad water into. -

Skeletron01 Mergedallow map creators to place double/triple blockages. This would allow them to create two/tree deep rivers that are blocked off but could be used to redirect water. I was working on a map with limited fresh water due to the badwater mixing with it early upstream. This could allow the player to demolish a blockage and redirect water down a different path rather than splitting it between the two.

Mal MergedStarting blocks of temporary material that slowly dissolve in the presence of bad water. After a few bad water seasons that block breaks through. It will make maps that can get progressively more difficult to manage / put a time limit to solving the problem. Making the game more of a challenge.
