Floodgate leaking midway visual glitch - water clips through gate or dam body

  I have several foodgates at .8 and the water is coming out from the bottom, as can seen in the image included.

  With both 2-tall and 3-tall floodgates, I noticed that the water "steps down" while inside the floodgate and falls the rest of the way after the floodgate (see picture).
  The water should stay at the same height until it is past the floodgate, otherwise, it looks weird and unrealistic.

  Water seems to be flowing out the bottom of dams instead of over the top of the spillway, similar to how it does in a sluice in Update 6.

  1. most important - I really appreciate Floodgates now can be raised or lowered by 0.05, but also water mostly looks like leaking through 0.00 when it's on lower than 0.50, same with > 0.50 < 1.00 and in other spaces between halves in other floodgates.
  2. I must say I am little disappointed, because You told me 6th update will give 3D physics of water, and I tried to power the water wheel with falling water from opened floodgate. Despite the fact water was falling on the water mill lobes, it didn't generate any power.

  In the Update 6 experimental build the water is flowing through the dam tiles instead of over the spillway. This has been present since the U6 Sluice update, however in the recent (9-12-2024) update I noting water is also not flowing through these center dam tiles.

  I set floodgates at 2.95, they let water through much lower. What I was trying to do is automate the badtides, so that when the badtide starts, the sluices below the floodgates close, the badwater level rises, spills over the sides, and spills out the map. But when I put sluices in at the edge, it started spilling through the floodgates like in the picture.

  The last update brought many errors. One of the most annoying was the visualization of the dams having to open and close them at the same cm or seeing the dam closed but pouring water, something I don't remember even in the early stages of the game.

  When using 2 single floodgates and 1 double and setting the level while all 3 are synchronized, the overflow level behaves irrationally. Sometimes in the way seen on picture, sometimes reverse.

  When I manually open the bottom water valve, the water flow is normal. However, after waiting for a few seconds before closing the valve, the water flow turns into the jet-like water column shown in the attached image.

  Sometimes if I have a triple flood gate raised to something like 2.95, it behaves as normal but the animation shows water flowing at like 1.95.

  Water flowing through a dam, placed on top of a cliff with steel ruins below it.
  The dam itselfs works properly and keeps water level high, but the waterflow on the exit side leaves the dam on the bottom.
  I waited a dry season, but the "new" water (again, graphics, not physics) still just flow through the dam. I deconstructed a piece, while, the gap shows the correct waterlevel, the remaining dams still bug out.
  After rebuilding said dam, I could observe as the water again entered it's bugged state. After that, I deconstrucetd the whole structure an rebuild it. Again, same optical bug, still physics working fine.
  As a final test, I pushed the dam a cell further back. The bug still persists

  Its only a visual bug but the water is clipping through the dam at the wrong places. It only clips when not at a full number. (1.00 or 2.00 for example)
