Don't mute music in background option still mutes

If the option to pause game in background is activated (which it is by default), the option to not mute the music in background does nothing.
At also seems like even then, once properly configured, when in background will finish the current track but eventually mute.
That's undesirable for streamers, when you take a break, leave with music on and return to awkward silence.
