Using relics + science points to disable unstable cores

Since they are remnants from the human civilization, it would make sense if beavers could study human technoogy and use their own big brains to learn how to disable unstable cores, this would give players the option to prevent disaster and is realistic enough since if i were a beaver, i would not be fine with just letting some ye olden bomb roam free
