Glittering water visual - settings to toggle or adjust effects

New water visual is sparkling too much, especially for people who are sensitive to flickering.
Also (in my opinion) it does not look better than the old visual, both in calm water and in flows.

(btw: sorry to complain about this detail, the game is awesome overall !)
