[BUG] when and only when loading the latest save, the tip is always in English

I'm creating a translation mod, and it's been working fine, but lately there's been a couple of inconsistencies, This bug is one of them.
When loading the latest save, either from the main menu or from the game, the loading screen displays the tip in English. The translated text is only loaded when an older save is selected.

Thendarionsince then I've loaded a lot more games, and it seems like that only some tips appear in English, others are translated. maybe it is an issue with the way the text is selected. who knows
