Resource Counter "fill rate" in description overlooked?

I saw in another suggestion (https://timberborn.featureupvote.com/suggestions/697575/resource-counter-option-fill-rate-should-be-called-relative-value) that the fill rate option was changed to Percent (%) to better reflect what it does, but the description might have been overlooked.
It still says "storage fill rate", which had me confused as I too thought it represented how quick storage is filling up and I assumed that the toggle was just weirdly named, not the other way around.
