  hauler should have a prioty setting, shift goods from warehouse to warehouse, producer to warehouse, warehouse to producer, building suppliers.... unsure of the current lot still working it out

  If they deliver the last item required for a building, they should build it. And not quit at 97% and go somewhere else. Once delivery is complete, the building of the item should be finished before doing anything else. They should work overtime if needed.

  A hauling post should have an option on it, that if checked, will assign the haulers to also haul to building sites, so that builders don't need to haul to those sites as often.
  
  The post should probably also let you set it up for build assist only, so you can have a hauling post that will only haul to unfinished building sites. Perhaps just a check box that defaults to checked, for regular hauling operation, and if you check build but uncheck that, it'll do this.

  In the hooman world, your average tradesperson doesn't go to the store every time they need a 2x4 - they get a truckload of them delivered. Similarly, beaver haulers should be able to bring materials to a construction site, leaving the act of assembling them to the skilled tradesbeavers assigned to the builder's hut.

  Given the new resources after deletion of a building, haulers should also be able to collect from the remains, not just builders.
