Built a gear? Great, see what gears can do for you. Found some scrap metal? Cool, now you can build these things with metal.

To avoid overloading new players with too many buttons and to make the game more progressive, it would be interesting to hide irrelevant buildings at the beginning of the game. For example, all the buildings requiring metal could be visible and unlockable only once you have unlocked the buildings allowing to produce metal. -

StephenI would even suggest options for "soft" beaver technology such as lunchboxes (to stave off hunger) hand carts (to increase strength) or hats (because hats)
