Music plays when sound is turned off
When I have the music volume set to 0%, it sometimes will play music. I can turn the music off by raising and then lowering the music volume, but a suggestion is to not play the music if the volume is set to 0%

I will have it at zero and alt+tab out of the game and when I come back the music will be on. I go to the options and the volume is still at zero and I have to interact with the slider for it to remember the setting. -

JustinI play with an airpod in and music turned off while my wife watches TV, so yeah while this is fixable by going to settings, it's kind of annoying. And it seems like something that should be easy to fix permanently?

DerekMusic volume was set to zero when I exited the game. When I started the game again the music was at full volume. Going to settings, the Music Volume setting was still set at zero. Moving the setting caused the music to return to zero.

dgrvHello team.
This has been an issue in my version of Timberborn for as long as I can remember.
Basically, even though my music is set at 0, it plays again anytime :
- I switch the sound output (new headphones,...)
- a new cycle starts (Badtide, Drought,...)
- other random occasions.
It feels like when some types of game status change, the game reverts to a base value for music. Maybe the setting is not being checked in the code when status changes occur and the default value is put back in?
I then have to go in the settings, move the scrollbar and then back to zero.
This is an annoyance. I hope you can fix this. -

FarinaSame here. Whenever my audio input changes, the music defaults to on, even though the slider is still at 0. If I just touch the slider again while being at 0, it turns off again.
It happens when I turn my airpods off, which switches the standard audio input on, and vice versa.
