Sleep should affect beaver productivity

Well rested beavers should work faster.

Currently lack of sleep is shown as having 'no effects' in the UI.

This suggestion will be very interesting if some kind of acdents mechanics and mega-project quests will be introduced.
The player will have choose what's better: to work a long shift with a risk to screw all up or to do it slowly but safe.

If a beaver is exhausted, he falls asleep for some times.
In a way, it affects his productivity. :)
