[Suggestion] Please allow switching off warehouse balancing
This way wa can have warehouses work poassively on the principle of "push" from producers rather than "pull" into the warehouse. This way even if there are full warehouses around, no beavers would try to balance anything, saving on patfinding induced performance hit.

RuthI definitely want to have a local-to-producer store that is only filled by the local producer, so the producer can create more things without haulers needing to visit frequently, or the producer taking products to the distant warehouse. This is mostly when the producer is quite distant from any other, such as for a lumberjack.

default setting acts as passive storage.

supply active push
empty active push
producer active push
ruth, look at setting nearby warehouses to obtain for supplies and supply for produced goods
