  That's a rough mock-up I made when we discussed same topic on discord. I distorted one end in a shape of typical system cursor, but we agreed that maybe just rounded or straight could be better. Anyway just a small reference for possible inspiration.

  I love that design :) I'm a layman so I don't have clue, but is it hard to implement a funktion in the settings to choose between this an the windows mouse pointer? You could even add other designs.

  I haven't yet worked with any game frameworks, they might have a number of quirks, but generally I don't see why it wouldn't be quite easy. Probably just not a priority for design team.

  The cursor in the game is an eyesoar because it does not fit with the theme of the game.Adding a variety of custom cursors in the game will make the cursor less of an eyesoar and will fit in better in the theme of the game.Exaples of custom cursors could be Wood or metal

  The mouse cursor is already changing when planting things but then i switches back to the not fitting windows default one. So how about one that sticks to desgin all the time?
