Iron teeth log storage needs another option - bigger pile for IronT
Hey there! After playing as the folktails, I started an iron teeth run and have found that log storage for them has been really infuriating. Since the max log storage building only holds about 180, whereas the underground storage for the folktails holds 1800, you need 10 iron teeth log piles to equal one folktails one, on the same ground area. Its infuriating at times. I would suggest adding another storehouse similar to the underground one that holds maybe 1000 items? Otherwise my entire map is just storage upon storage for lumber, plants, metal, etc.

Gin Fuyou AdminThat's still requires a 10x stack of piles with huge stair well. If Folktails option was x5 capacity it would be comparable more or less, but now it looks very overpowered compared to IronT

Alien221Definitely this. Its weird for a faction focused on metal usage to not be able to store as much metal as the other faction.

Jaco3011 MergedI would say, make it 5 wide, 4 deep, 1 or 2 tall, and logs only - no other resource. Dimensions are like these to allow for nice stacking and making a tower.

EdCommenting here to try and boost visibility - my current Ironteeth playthrough has the map littered with stacks of piles to store my logs, planks & metal. It's really ugly and wastes a lot of space on my map. Please give them either access to underground piles or some other bulk storage option. As the 'industrial' faction I would expect them to have better storage than the 'natural' faction, not the other way round.

Sizzlord MergedThe max 180 for industrial storage, although stack able, it's quite tedious and fills up too quick. plus the iron tails are supposed to be the industrial ones that care less about nature and more about work, so it doesn't really make sense that the regular beavers would have a massive industrial storage and the iron tails don't. Other than that, great and balanced game so far, well done :)

Sebestian MergedThe Iron Teeth currently have a Large Industrial pile that holds the same amount of items as the medium variants of the warehouse and tanks, while those variants also have a large version that stores 1200 items. The Large Industrial Pile should be renamed to the Medium Industrial Pile and they should be given a Large Industrial Pile option that stores 1200 items.

With the best Bevers (the black ones) i need a huge infrastructure for wood i have built one with the 180 ones theres 450 of them in my world so pls make storage have mor space i really dont care if its 2000 wood and 1000 planks for 1200 of storage and then please make them that they stack -

WawaSomething like the underground piles are necessary for iron tooth. Too much storges piles are needed for efficient operations. stacking them too high requires too much stair systems and travel time for loading and unloading. Iron Teeth should not be less efficient than the forktail beavers!

DerrickAgreed. Stopped my Iron Teeth build and will resume when they are superior to folktails which they currently are not with inferior log storage and water pumps. With the game's evaporation mechanics deep water pumps are not as necessary as they used to be in the past.

DylisIts so odd finding the work driven space efficient beaver faction being less resource efficient, less space efficient less innovative compared to their country bumpkin cousins. Did they split off before beavers figured out you could build down as well as up.
"Aight boss were the logs being stored."
"Dey up dere." The beaver points to the massive cube rising into the sky. The beavers start their climb, it's almost midday when they reach the log room.
Surveying the inside of the room the beaver notes it barely holds enough to build a tenth of the new...
"Dam, this is gonna take all cycle." another hauler comments.
"Yeah, just to get back down." They laugh, half-heartedly.
