Placing beehives has impact on performance
I'm running the latest experimental version of the game.
When I'm playing on a 256² map partitioned into a few settlements, it seems that having many beehives globally incurs a performance issue from the way the highlighting of their impact area works. Placing a new beehive after already having many of them causes quite a bit of stuttering when moving the mouse. It's a problem similar to already having a big path network.
It would be good if the game cached that somehow, or if the highlight was filtered to be only applied to the immediate vicinity of the cursor.

PoldonI have also run into this stuttering. My game can run at 60 FPS for basically everything else, but drops to under 20 FPS when building additional beehives. It seems to be specifically only when building them, simply selecting one to see all the overlays doesn't seem to have the same effect, but as soon as I go to build another the game just tanks. Something odd going on here.
