Periodic lag \ freeze spikes while average FPS is fine (not autosave)

I have a 4070, i7 12k, 32GB RAM, and an extremely good SSD, now I don't know why but no matter what settings I have when my savefile reaches 100 Bevers, my game has extremely large Lagspikes, like every few seconds my framerate skips a few seconds. I don't know where else I should post this so I thought maybe it would help here.

I am having a similar issue I don't get a FPS drop though. the games just freezes/pauses as i try to do something or place a building. i am getting consistent FPS at 120fps.
