[EXPERIMENTAL] Add a possibility for indicator colors to change based off of input

Basically, I want the option to, based off of two or more indicators (like the relay), choose a different color for an indicator. For full color capabilities, it would be nice to have a way to have an indicator show three (or more) different outputs, like one for good season, one for bad, and one for a drought, for example. This'd allow you to see visually without using multiple indicators which parts of your industry are running during what season or whatnot. It would also allow for some crazy color indicators/displays, but I might be getting ahead of myself. Anyway, would be nice to have multiple color options per lantern instead of just one specific one (and the off state) to be able to do some cool displays.
