[1.0.11] add "ANY" / "ALL" / "NONE" logic to relay, multi-input relays

  That would be fine too, just the option to AND/OR together more than two inputs at a time, like you could go
  AND
  -has bot heads
  -has bot arms
  -has bot chassis
  -has power
  -has less bots than max
  THEN ON
  
  Currently this would be really annoying to wire together

  there already is an unlikely way to construct and and or gates with rather scalable amounts of inputs: by making use of powershafts and clutches;
  
  imagine a system, where there is power input on one side and a power sensor on the other. the in between is where we'll construct the logic. by placing multiple clutches in parallel between the two sides we create an OR gate, where each input controls a clutch, thus any of them can connect the 2 power systems and the action is measurable. if we place the clutcches in a row instead, we create and AND gate, where the number of inputs again is variable.
  
  plus: because we merely measure power and not use any, if the power source is a gravity battery it will work in perpetuity

  it would to nice to have multiple connections available to the automation features. so it would be easier to have relais switching dependent on more than two states of sensors and you can get some more automations like: if this, this and this then switch on or have even more dependencies to toggle a switch or relais. maybe it could be possible to add more dependencies with a small plus switch in the relais or switch menu to add dependencies.

  in current state most automations are simple ON/OFF switch. What about mod switch: farm (planting/harvesting)orBakery (betwen recepies)
  +more Logig funktions OR;NOR;XOR;XNOR;AND;NAND shold be able to compare more than 2 inputs ad a button to ad MORE input slots if needet
  (jes NOR;XNOR and NAND can also be achiven by puting a NOT behind a the base versions (AND+NOT)
