[1.0.11] add depth sensor to read from below
currently, the depth sensor has to be entirely out of the water to measure anything. it would be nice to have a version that works from below.
maybe it could be a pressure plate, or it could be a floating ball on a chain?
i'd also be fine with it having a dead range below which it can't sense if it needs a nerf.
this would allow for certain setups where you don't want a depth sensor obtrusively hanging out above the reservoir.

would help a lot in pressureized systems as the sensor can't sense through impermeable floors. -

QodvuxThis would solve the issue of one sluice function that valves + sensors cannot replicate, namely when used in 1-height underground pipes where no space is available to increase the pipe height, or where increasing would mean opening a pressurized system and thus flooding.
Also this would enable something not previously possible: controlling the height of underground pressurized water columns (vertical piping). Simply put an upwards-facing sensor on the bottom next to the valve. -

PlasmaStruckI would like if it wasn't a new sensor, but a configuration option. That maybe has the model tweaked or the tip rotated, like the depth sensor rotates to look upwards when configured to look upwards, and maybe stops at a 90 degree angle if looking for the level it is at(or a narrow range that would on on the sensor model itself).
